How is this bracket?

Thinking about rolling a 19, what I really need is Naxx (16stam), how hard is it to get that?

Any help or lead would be greatly appreciated!

Costs about 1k : ) If you are rolling a class that uses leather shoulders or wants the Serpent's Shoulders you MUST acquire the shoulders on the character before next Tuesday when the pre-patch drops and it becomes Bind on Pickup. Good luck!

10-19 would be a nice change of pace when i want to take a break from 20-29 on live (too bursty and too many premades).
