How is my gear? (29 rogue)

I started playing my 29 again about a week ago and I've steadily tried to improve my gear but I'm not really sure what I should be going for. Currently I'm going full vers / agi, but I'd appreciate any tips on what I can improve

I'd go for another Darkwater Talwar, that proc is just too good. I'd also change the Murloc ring to like "dungeon ring of quickblade"

Do i actually get more procs from having 2 tho? All the other rogues I've inspected only run 1 in the main hand and the off-hand is usually a stat stick or something. I also tested it (just 1 duel of auto swings tho) vs my friends with 2 darkwater's and he only got 1 proc, same as me.

How many times does Darkwater Talwar actually go off in a BG?

You can change weapons in combat, for example, dress the Talvars that are in your bag to inflict shadow damage again. At least it worked in the Legion.
