Rogues and to some extent hunters seem the most affected. Other than that, nothing big for other classes

Pugs feel great, reduction in sporadic proc burst feels great specifically on cat burst/rend/keg smash. No dramatic change, soft damage nerfs. Interested to see how it carries over to premades.
