How does Stats work and how much you need of each ? whats the cap?

, so am still farming a second weapon and rings but the question is : is it usefull to got above 24% Haste ? and for the other stats how much do i need to be the most the optimal?
knowing am looking for clear speed and more damage , as i feel am quite safe from dying with the lifestealing and shadowlands gems heal

My understanding is as such:

Secondary stats has a soft cap of 30%
haste > crit > versatility
The difference from the secondary stats is minimal, and the total number of stats matters a lot more than the distribution.

1 point of strength is roughly worth 2 points of a secondary.

i see thanks for the info brother, i guess i just play with it like this , i just hit the soft cap on haste and i may minmax more after i unlock mechagnom rings
