How does one add an avatar? =(

I apologize for this extremely noob question, but I am new and I cannot, for the life of me, find out how to add an avatar or signature to my posts! I've seen people with these little pictures with their twinks on it from Zetbit.com and I want to do that.



I've made the avatar, now how do I add it to my posts? =D



I've checked in settings and I cannot seem to figure this out. Thank you in advance!
