I used to main Arcane, but with the Midnight prepatch, it feels totally gutted. (probably just skill issue on my part)
Right now, Frost with Glacial Spike and Frost Orb feels way more OP. Even Fire feels better because of the Combustion + Meteor hitting like a truck.
Arcane just feels inferior in comparison. I mostly rely on Arcane Surge + Arcane blast spam and occasionally Missiles when it procs. Plus, now that Shifting Power is gone, I feel totally screwed if I don't perfectly manage my mana and my AoE relies on Arcane Explosion spam, that, and you can't have both Arcane Surge and Arcane Orb together anymore
