EU+US How do i get rookies gear?

Yo, I just got membership for legion and all these twinks have rookies gear. I heard it was from doing the new legion event so i tried but I only got felshroud?

Yeah random BG crates as stabilt said, and even Legion Invasions.

You queue with a 15+, he queues Random BGS.

You get boxes from winning random battlegrounds which drop rookie gear (chest, bracers, legs, boots, ring, weapons)

The invasion gear is different, not quite as good but it's still BiS for some classes in certain slots.

Bis for some chest, always for gloves + belt. (Exception BM Girdle)
Helmet for non-vers stackers.
