How active is the 80 bracket compared to 70s?

Thinking of making a new twink, tossing up between 70 or 80

Anyone have experiene playing both and can tell me the pros/cons of each?

Ideally I want to join the bracket where I can find games at any time during the day as Horde, 3 min wait max? Thanks.

i was under the impression 70s were fairly dead. idk about 3min ques, but 80 is still pretty popular
as far as pve i prefer 80 better, but 70 is definitely easier since it can basically be solod and theres easier legendaries to make people consider it, vs things like smourne and val that take weeks to build

I was on the pvp server blackwater when I was getting a lvl 25 guild off a friend. There were a ton of lvl 70 twinks and they said they do rated bg and arena. I was pretty impressed but this was over a year ago.
