Horde-only shapeshift

I just finished with the alliance pieces, so I decided to go horde on my pally. I've been seeing all these people with a hat on that has a use ability to turn you into an "apprentice" - buff declares "one apprentice is as good as another" or something close to that. So, on that note, what is this hat called and how do you get it? Or.. is it even obtainable anymore?

It does not X fer back to ally dont waste your time I went ally and my wizard hat was replaced with a [Solid Gold Coin] worth a whopping 1g. When I went back horde I had to ask a GM to give it back

 

[Dangerdoom]

at one time this was a fun item, you could apply the costume and put your regular hat back on. now it requires you to wear the hat to use the costume much like burgy's hat.
