When I first heard of the idea of level 10 haste hunter I loved it. Since then I've been slowly perfecting my level 10 twink haste hunter. I have decided to make this guide horde only simply because horde level 10 twinks have much better gear available to them. For your race I would suggest either Troll or Orc. Blood Elves and Tauren do not make the best hunters. Look at the racial's between Troll and Orc and see which you like better. In my opinion Trolls win out. You will have 1 talent point to spend I suggest putting it either in Improved Concussive Shot or Hawk Eye.

[ITEM]Sharp Arrow[/ITEM] - Standard arrow. Bought from vendors.
[ITEM]Feathered Arrow[/ITEM] - Absolutely insane arrow for this level. Really hard to obtain. You can obtain this from a quest in Desolace. The quest is not repeatable so you can only get 200 of these arrow per character you have. Can sometimes be found in the AH.
