Horde Enh shammy chardev?

i was just wondering if any1 has a chardev of horde enh shammy because i know at 85 enh shammy stack hit like a mother (27%) so i was wondering if that rule follows through at low lvl's as well or if i'd just cap my lava lash

As far as hit goes, you only need 4% for spell hit.

Asfaik ello's band isn't horde so use pvp ring or RoP.

Check my sig ,it's non BOA. If you don't get the BOE drop from Blackfathom, get the mace that cookie drops for your off-hand. I think there's a better MH than mine that's easy to get, I just never looked into it.
