Hi. Since the last patch nerfed Seal of Insight's judge effect majorly (For those who haven't realised, it used to give back 15% base mana, now it's only 4%), if Memento of Tyrande would be better for the spirit proc + Judgements of the Pure spirit buff then the Naaru Sliver. Just thought I'd ask since I'm horde atm, so I can't use both.

I use Memento, considering sacrificing resil for spirit (t6 instead of brutal) however, I haven't done arena yet this season will have to see.
