Nice. I'm halfway to 64 myself, but the entire 63-->64 slog is about 13k azerite this week (if I remember correctly) so with the azerite knowledge off I don't think I'll get much farther than 65 until after 8.3 hits.
You're basically at the point where the amount of time you have to put into getting another HoA level is simply not worth it for the 2-3 points of stats.

Personally I don't spam anything. I do zero IEs, one random BFA dungeon per day, the mission table azerite missions, and one war supply or secret supply chest per day. I will rarely get the 1000 azerite from that one rare in Mechagon but I'm not a fan of the zone so I probably miss out on it more often than not.
edit: and of course the faction assault WQs that sometimes give azerite.

It's not available every day. When it's drill rig day in Mechagon (when there are zone-wide emotes like "drill rig XX-123 will be up in 1 minute"), one of the drill rig rares will give you 1000 azerite when you loot it.

If i recall the ilvl bump doesnt work above a certain hoa lvl, cuz my 120 main's one didnt jump by even 1 lvl but my fresh 120 with lvl 24 jumped up to (36 i think?) upon completing the bump quest
