HOA level recuiment

Hey bois!

after the HOA nerf on low level twinks i made my level 40 and started to farm on it. HOA is now level 40 recruitment, same with azerite pieces. Do you guys know how to get a dying world quest for hoa? i can't find it anywhere.

Also in this bracket are you going to stay 40, 45 or 49? this bracket feels so smooth atm!

It requires 40 to wear but cant obtain without being 50. Unless you bug the quest but I think that was fixed?
