cherzra OG Sep 14, 2010 #1 Hi, Any idea what the hit cap would be for a 60 to actually be able to hit 69 players? I'm guessing it'll be ridiculously high... Thanks.

Stabbedurazz OG Sep 14, 2010 #2 i think it would be 14%? i could be wrong on that (logic behind this is 5% hit cap at 60 vs 60, 8% hit cap on bosses (level 63) 3% hit per 3 levels, aka, 1% hit a level, 9% + 5% = 14%?) its probably a lot more complicated than that lol.

tubba Legend Sep 15, 2010 #3 I think this is right. I have been to lazy to parse against a 69 player. each level players get 5 base defense. each defense adds 0.04% miss... the formula is 6% + (Defense Skill - Weapon Skill - 10) * 0.4% so... 6% + (345 (base defense of a player thats level 69) - 300 (your base weapon skill as lvl 60)-10) * 0.04% 7.4% Source: Hit - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft
