Yes that's right. Call me noob or inferior and so on, but strafing has never appealed to me, despite I've played various FPS games such as BF and COD. In my opinion keyboardturning isn't a major factor in the combat; knowing your class and having adequate keybindings are far more important.



Anyone else want to "confess"?

Strafing takes less time and is more effective. You should just change your keybinds from turning to strafe and FORCE yourself to strafe. In a few days you will get used to it and start to do things much better, believe me.

This. There's no excuse at all for not strafing and keyboard turning. It's faster, no matter how you put it.

I gotta agree with these guys. being a PVPer at both 19 and 80 myself, I have to point out that strafing and mouseturning is simply better. if you want to keyboard turn and click your spells, that's fine, i won't make fun of you (much), but there's a reason people do. Mouseturning is simply faster.

I can see your points, but it's not like I stand still and turn, I use the mouse to rotate 180 degrees etc instantly.

I'm not judging you; I keyboard turn on my healadin (I mean, I just stand there and heal) and click healbot (the addon).



You find whatever system works for you, get good at it, and screw what the trolls have to say, imho.

I keybind almost everything. Makes it a lot easier and faster to pvp with. You can always tell a keyboard turner, and not just because they're a hunter running backwards...
