Don't ask me how I found this forum but well let me introduce myself

I'm Joggs, and I'm from the Netherlands. I don't have that much experience with WoW, I have played it in Cata but I quit playing not long after I dinged lvl 85 because I didn't know anyone in the game.. So you can say my experience with the game is very limited.
Now I'm trying it out again and I would like to see some of the older content aswel as getting into PvP (especially arena's). So my question to you guys is what bracket would suit me best and where should I find a guild that suit me?
Probably going to play a resto shaman or a resto druid EDIT: can't really choose which class I should roll atm lol
