Heroic Blood Furnace for 59s to get gems?

59s can walk into Heroic Blood Furnace, but so far, I haven't gotten looting to work. Is there a way for 59s to loot mobs/bosses in Heroic Blood Furnace, for a chance at the epic gems?

Already farmed these and they only drop of ur 70 or more.

I've seen a 59 monk using BC heroic gems:

He's since switched to the int/crit PvP vendor gems, but preceding the nerf to resilience he was using Steady Chrysoprase in all of his gem slots. He's so far the only 59 (or, for that matter, any character under 70) I've ever seen using BC heroic gems, so I'm guessing the method used to obtain them on a sub-70 is either a really well kept secret, or they might possibly be grandfathered from some earlier time when loot eligibility rules might have been different.

Just to save you some trouble, I can almost guarantee you (99% sure) you saw these Steady Talasite , especially since my 70 guild has been actively farming these gems since prepatch and since they are heroic lockout and non tradable even in instance, most people barely have 5+. Hope this helps.
