I haven't tested it, but from reading apparently blizzard charges the amount of shards you DE'd it for in order to restore it.I don't think DE works for auto restore, or people would DE, sell the shards, and then auto restore. Try opening a ticket.

It is mailed, but you can recieve gm mail.Yeah that's how it works, I still have the shard present in my inventory question is how to I retrieve it? if its sent to the mail box I'm Srewed!! I've opened up a ticket to see if they can place it in my inventory...fingers crossed!

Most likely the one this thread was extensively talking about, ticket, gm removes the shard and send the item, loot the item and be very careful when DE'ing XDWhat was the method you used that got the item back for you?
I taught him how to.
Basically in wrote in his ticket that he has a P2P account and he only plays F2P for a challenge.
