Maby wrong place but. Trying to get my druid weapon from Court of stars. Its not on the Specific dungeon list. Im in legion timewalking. Tryed enter the dungeon but its says i cant participait in a timewalking compagne??? Im a level 11 druid. Do i need to do the legion starter quests??

Just done the starter legion quests and got the stone. Did not help. Same message :/
