EU+US Help with Thrall's Gift

It is possible, just avoid unnecessary kills. Only kill NPCs, that u need for quest. If u pull more, just die instead of killing them. I did that and managed to leave Goblin zone at lvl 10 and like 19/20 of Xbar to lvl 11. Did not use any XP looms, just weapons, trinkets, neck and enchanted white items.

You can level with a friend or second account (f2p is possible) to split xp giving yourself less, for kill quests you can die and get the 2nd account to kill the things, getting credit without gaining xp
 
I am doing the same thing on Darkspear. I'm on the escort the mine cart quest and I'm already level 6. I just ran away from it because the cave was full of mobs. My strategy is to wait until one or two people go in first to kill the mobs. When I did the early quest to blow up rocks and grab the chunks I was careful not to kill anything. I just timed it so I could pick up chunks while they were hitting me. Whenever I do have to kill stuff I pick my targets carefully. I just finished killing some raptors and noticed that some were level 5 instead of level six. I just killed those and ran away when I aggroed the level six mobs. I had to wait for some level 5 mobs to respawn but I didn't kill any sixes.

I've never managed to do this either but I'm hoping I can make it. I'm also careful to run up to and away from quest givers when they are in an area that gives rested XP. I would be willing to make a deal to make a toon to come bodyguard you while you run through the starting area if you will do the same for me. Unfortunately I don't have a ton of time to play during the day. I mostly play at night.
 
Yeah I can't escort the cart without killing stuff. I was following a guy who ran off with three mobs on him. They came back and jumped us. I tried distracting the mobs but the stupid goblin miner doesn't just keep working. He starts fighting the mobs. He finished one while I was running away plus I killed one accidentally. I don't think I can make it out under 11 now. I'm going to start over.
 
I can't delete my toon. I'm F2P now and I can't delete my toon because it says he has an heirloom or mail. I figure it's the dumb naval hat that gets sent out to your toons. I can't access the mailbox to delete it and this is my 11th toon on Darkspear so I am stuck. I guess I'll try to finish carefully and if I don't make it just leave him until I reactivate my account.
 
Ah sorry, I'm US.

This starting area is Cata/MoP at its worst. Questing on rails with no choices in how to level. If we could skip a few of these quests it would be so much easier.
 
The method I used recently to get my thralls on my 10 rogue was to RAF summon my toon out of tutorial island. I leveled to 10 in Durotar/Barrens. I then locked my exp and hearthstoned back to tutorial island. I should also mention to avoid logging off while you are outside of the tutorial island as it may reset your hearthstone to Orgrimmar.

Once you're back at the tutorial island and your exp is locked, you can go about as you may and proceed with quests stress free :D

I did this 3 months ago, so the method should still work.

I only use the neck,weapon and trink looms when doing the starting quests so i dont have the xpboost, but twice now I ended up getting to 12 before I get them.

Leveling togheter with a minimum of a party of 3 will ensure that you leave the goblins start area at 10.

Well I'm locked in since I can't delete the goblin so I'll try to avoid as much XP as I can and report back. So far I have killed party crashers and level 5 raptors and I managed to complete the mine cart escort quest without killing (though I did kill 2 mobs in unsuccessful attempts). I'm at 1933 out of 4500 until level eight.
 
So the very next quest I killed the "micro" chicken robot. I wonder if I could have looted the egg after someone else killed him. Then I killed only level 7 sharks. I dinged 8 trying to get the intact naga hides. Which aren't a guaranteed drop so... I only killed level seven mobs. I think the Warriors gave less XP than then Sirens when I was 7 but the same when I was 8. The quest after that I killed the quest guy.

That naga stuff took forever. I'm calling it a night. I'm 3506 of 5400 for level 9. Not looking good.
 
Ha! I made it. I was careful to kill the lowest level mob required and ran away every time I was attacked by something else. I had really lost hope until I saw that I had the Victory! quest. Even then I was so close I was afraid I'd get that last bar from discovering Org. I have 6,577 of 6700 XP but I'm in Orgrimmar right next to Slahtz and I'm still level 10. Unfortunately I'm playing on an expired account so I don't have the 10 gold to pay the man but I figure I can hang in Org and hopefully find a Blingtron or three to get the coin. Then I can start gearing him up. It's really quiet in Darkspear Org though. So that's not great.
