What timelines/dungeons can proc sockets for lvl 10 twinks? Specifically rings/bracers/trinkets/weapons?

The availability of a socket proc goes as such:
DUNGEON ITEMS - Helmets, Necks, Wrists, Waists, Rings
RARES AND BOES - Legion and BFA rare drops/BOEs can proc sockets on any slot. Rares specifically from Tanaan Jungle can do the same.
QUESTS REWARDS - Cannot proc sockets

Negative, not only will you not be able to kill the mobs, even if you could you cant loot them due to the level diff. You will need assistance from someone else, or use a second account.

Of note, you will need to be able to trade, so you need an active sub to be able to trade them from the high level player.

You can also get ilvl80 rings from Mechagon as a lvl 10 which can proc a socket and tertiary. I made a guide on farming then (shameless plug)
