HELP ME! Can't Remember the Name of This Item

There was a rare/limited availability chest piece that I believe came from a vendor in Moonglade.



I can't remember if it was a tailoring recipe (Which I think it was.) or the vendor sold the actual item. This wasn't some limited availability 1 time per hour or day it was like 1 or 2 times a month.



I believe you could put WOTLK enchants on this item but it had no base stats. Please help, I've been Googling this thing and going through Atlas Loot for like an hour and can't seem to jog my memory.

That's definitely it. It doesn't accept WotLK enchants although it does accept [ITEM]Greater Rune of Warding[/ITEM].

I'm totally switching my lock to destro for some pew pew fun come 3.1. Immolate -> Shadowbolt -> *3.1* conflag sounds peachy.
