Ok basiclly my US account is locked beacuse of my stupid paypal did an refund for some reason (I didnt do anything)

So i bought playtime and the paypal refunded it and now my account is locked and blizzard refuse to help me, the only way i can get my account unlocked is by sending some kind of money order, if anyone done this before could u please contact me and try help me out, i literally have no idea about anything of this lol. im not even sure i can send a money order from sweden...

Who wont? The bank doesnt mail it out, you take it to the post and do it yourself. If you can't work around that send it to me and I'll send it to blizzard for you?

a money order is a money order. you need an international money order.

you can do it entirely from the post office.

You may even be able to go to Walmart, presuming you have one close by, or a grocery store and get an international money order.
Your best bet for the future would be to pay by token to avoid this. If you can come up with 28-29k per month. My lowbies on BH makes that pretty handily. And I only play a few hours a week. If someone had an endgame toon on there and spent a lot of time there they could make TONS easily.
