EU+US Helm Options : Alliance

Good afternoon all. Hope you are well.

What are the options the alliance has for the Helm slot?

P.S.= Night Elf hunter, I noticed the eye patch cannot be hidden, never liked how that looked on my character, so I always was always turned it off. Now with this new patch, that option is no longer available.

You have to transmog to hide it's not in settings anymore.

I tried doing that, but it said 'this item cannot be transmogrified'.

Better question, what item can I transmog it to?

Ah. You have leather eyepatch on a hunter. There's a mail head in SFK.

is it the grandfathered leather armor type?
that could explain why you cannot transmog it as a hunter.

Theres a helm out of shadowfang keep.

If you're returning after a while, then you likely have a leather eye patch and not the new mail one. You can't xmog items that aren't of your classes armor type, and you're not going to be able to get the new mail patch (bummer dude). So the mail helm in sfk is really your only option.
