Helm for Enh Shammy

I snagged a Kang off the AH for cheap, and I mained an enhancement shaman from the end of vanilla through wotlk, so I'm rolling up a 49. Any input on Embrace of the Lycan vs Raging Berserker's Helm? How valuable is that 1% crit vs the extra AP?

Raging Berserker's Helm 13 str, 8 stam, 1% crit...

so 22 AP, 8 stam, 5 spi vs 1% crit

It's 20 agi for 1% crit at 60. Anyone know how much agi for 1% crit at 49?

When you run into good players who disarm you, switch to the weapon chain until they try a few times. They will see immue come up and then stop attempting so you can switch back to Crusader.
