I'm a level 42 Paladin interested in the twinking lifestyle. I heard this is a good place to learn pointers, and also that black metal is very popular here? I myself have many a Burzum record.

The twinking brackets are divided based on each PvP bracket. In some brackets there isn't much twinking activity, while in other brackets (like 20-24 and more higher brackets like 85) there's a lot of twinking going on.

Once you reach 85 (or whatever bracket you plan on twinking in) and you've geared up, you might want to look into keybinding (there are lots of Youtube tutorials). It will help improve your gameplay a lot.
