Hellfire Ramparts: Vazruden chest disappears after one person loots

This is a super-annoying bug. I'm 5-manning this dungeon to get the boots from Vazruden for a Fury Warrior and I've run into an issue I haven't seen before.

Basically I killed Vazruden then the dragon and when the chest become slootable, every toon can see it. After one toon loots it, it doesn't really matter which, it disappears.

Is there a way to avoid this?

Have one person loot the chest and not click off so it stays there until everyone ahs looted.

EDIT2: there's another oddity. NONE of the Vazruden loot is tradeable.
