Heirlooms. How to get them?

  • Hey all! On my Nelf Feral druid, I plan on getting the chest loom, the PvE shoulder loom, and the 2H mace loom. But I have realized something... How long does it generally take to get heirlooms?

Could someone tell me how long it is to get honor looms through PvP, Justice looms through PvP, and looms in the Darkmoon faire?

Which method is more worth it?

I'd appreciate your help, guys! d(^_^)z

Trading darkmoon tickets for BoA-Items is the most efficient way meaning it requieres the least time effort. Of course you have to wait for the faire to open.

Honor points highly depend on your invite times, if you are on the winning side and if there is a call to arms event. I managed to get the PvE Mace with my mage within 1 weekend, but I played 8 hours a day and it was WSG bonus weekend.
On normal days, I expect around 100 honor/hour so I did the darkmoon faire parallely. PvP-Items (the ones with resilience) aren't available at the darkmoon faire anyway.

Well when I was a f2p they hadn't made the new darkmoon faire so we just grinded wsg to get heirlooms.

I always made full use of the call to arms weekends for both wsg and ab and you can usually get at least 1 heirloom over the course of the cta weekends and I would definatly do the darkmoon faire every time it comes around.

So I guess the short answer would be do both, hope that helped.

crit is a really weak stat for us. the agility is worth way more than the crit imo. i went stained even though i'm already hit-capped against 20's. keep in mind that we also have 24's so you'll probably never really be hit 'capped'.

Why don't you just do what everyone else does?

Someone just PM'd and told me what I linked was against forum TOU, so forget it lol.

I'd say no. You gain 2 stamina and a solid amount of dodge but you lose out on the 5 int from gloaming band. Assuming you're a druid, the amplified rejuv ticks from the extra int are going to be what gets you across the field, not the 20 hp.

I run this setup Varietypack @ Anub'arak - Game Guide - World of Warcraft on my resto druid, you get rejuvs ticking for just about 100s, keep it up 100% of the time while you dash mid and the hunter isn't going to be able to take you down from 40 yards out. I also usually run Brilliant Necklace and double agm even when my trinket isn't on cooldown for crossing mid. I'd suggest you try out max stamina and see if you feel it works better.
