Notes:

No idea how to obtain them. Interesting thing is they require lvl 1 to use but their stats have lowest level of 60. Their use is "restore X health". Only agi users got left behind with bonus armor giving no stats for ferals, WW, rogs and hunters (but Bm op). Edit: agi one with crit and haste as well.
