edit: currently wowhead only allows us to scale the boa to the lowest of 60, but the item states 1-60
I've been waiting a while for this tbh. Most likely f2p wont be able to purchase it unless it's through DMF. I also heard something about them being purchasable though http://www.wowhead.com/item=113681/iron-horde-scraps so this leads me to believe we might not be able to use these for a while unless that heirloom tab allows us to use p2p boa (which I'm either way on the subject)
