Havoc Vs Vengance

Hi guys, I was just wondering your opinion on havoc DH vs vengance at level 20, what are each spec's strengths and weaknesses etc. I want to get back into level 20 twinking and have been looking at my enhancement shaman, possibly my warlock or mage but im unsure, im not even sure which of their specs are great.

vengeance = stack talasites into TBC-dungeon gear & TBC/WotLK-crafted (with relic of the past) gear like it's a meme & enjoy the forgiving-yet-punishing pleb FC spec. (when not FCing; it's a pretty fun 1v1 spec)

havoc = get like 6-9 talasites & dump the rest into agi/crit (or agi/haste if you have WotLK JC, or are a masochist).
the mobility of havoc makes it a pretty good EFC chaser.

Talasites with vers haste greens for both tbh. Havoc does a little more dmg but veng has way more survivability. With veng the more haste you have the faster you can get your self heals off because of gcd reduction

Havoc is (finally) getting buffed on single target damage, main filler and spender abilites are scaling better with attack power on PTR. So I'd say play vengance until the change goes live and you can farm items for havoc with your buffed veng

I'd pick mage (arcane / maybe frost in 9.1) or warlock (affliction / destruction). (Or shaman, but mostly because you can go resto.)

I don't want to spit on any class, I agree a lot of things can be made up for with skill and appropriate team setup, but, honestly, from my personal experience (which is limited, yes, agree, but still a data point), dhs *are* underpowered. Or they need more help from their team than others, if you want to say it that way. I am saying this because for a long time I only met dhs that were kind of fairly geared, but not maxed, with 7-8k hp as veng. Last week, however, I finally got to play several games vs a dh that was 10k (could have been even 11k or close to it with buffs). The result was that it didn't matter, very low impact, a couple more seconds of chasing or wrestling near a node. So, my suggestion, especially if you are looking to play at least partly solo, is to pick something else.

You know you want to play enhance, just go with it. Easy to gear up.
