All that is lovely and you really cannot get enough haste as SP tbh. However, apart from Hyperspeed Accelerators, Lifeblood and Skull of Gul'dan they are all procs so what are the chances they will all proc together?

200 sp is not alot to tons of haste so yes. go for it.

Would be fun, although it's completely reliant of proccs and you'd most likely end up with a Quag procc in the beginning of a fight and then have to wait 39 secs for the internal CD.

Besides, you can't use a trinket along with Hyperspeed's so that would mitigate up to 175 - could be used in the last 7-8 seconds but yeah, you get the point; not stackable.
