Has anyone noticed that lots of weapon enchants are not working?

What's up with this? Almost all pre-legion *weapon* enchants I try to apply to vellum, I get the error that "this spell is incompatible with your weapon appearance". Seems like a bug with transmorg maybe. Come to think of it let me go get rid of my enchant illusion... Anyone else see this?

I get this a lot on my level 60 Enchanter, usually unequipping the weapon solves the issue.
Nonetheless, I see it quite a bit.
