<Back to Basics> is a progressive Horde twink guild on Azgalor. We are a large group of players who enjoy raiding Legacy content. We just recently finished the TBC teir and are starting our decent into Wrath of the Lich King! We are actively recruiting all classes to help out!
When we raid: We raid on Friday's and Saturday's starting at 6:00 PM PST
Guild Rules: We require our members to follow a strict set of gearing rules while in our raid groups:
1. Only gear from the current expansion is allowed in raids. If we are raiding WOTLK content we will not allow Cata gear in raids. You are welcome to use it for PvP or outside of our raids.
2. We require our new members to join their first raid in dungeon blues. For WOTLK we will not allow any item above item level 200. You can, however, buy the few pieces from the vendors in Dalaran (this excludes PvP gear (even if its below ilvl 200) and the tier chest/gloves).
3. All enchants are allowed EXCEPT WoD ring/cloak/neck enchants.
4. All gems are allowed.
5. Any glpyh can be used.
6. We do not allow Monk's within the guild at this time.
7. We will be using a DKP looting system.
*8. Our members are allowed to be run through any raid by a higher level, BUT none of that gear is allowed in guild-scheduled raids. We have this rule so if players wish to PvP with the best gear possible they can.
As stated above we are recruiting all classes and specs! Just create a character on one of the following realms: Azgalor, Azshara, Thunderlord, or Destromath and message anyone in the guild for an invite. Our guild bank is equipped with bags and various items to help new members get started. We look forward to raiding with some of you!
As of June 3rd, 2016:
We currently plan on running a 10-man team (of which is full). However, we are recruiting more dedicated players to help fill a full 25-man raid team. We currently have a few more dedicated raiders than needed, so hopefully we can start a second 10-man team and combine them to do 25-man raids.
