guild fun twink contest

so here is the background, im in a guild with all RLF's and we tend to try to come up with contests to keep gaming interesting. this recent one is a level 19 twink 1v1 tournament. rules are no heirlooms and obviously level 19



what im wondering is what professions should i go with to help me with this.



right now im working on a rogue and i have herbalism for the heal, should i go with some skinning for the crit or mining for the life bump?

defiantly herb and if you can use bombs go engi if not go skinning.
