Now that xp off can actually get into BGs at 29, I wanted to share a BiS for some druids and survival hunters. https://www.wowhead.com/item=43920/growlers-intimidation
This is part of a questline. There are a few ways to get it. This requires flying in Icecrown.
I've been doing it the hard way. you can use an alt to fly you around, but I've been using https://www.wowhead.com/item=44221/loaned-gryphon-reins. this is a flying mount, sorta, that a level 29 can use. This mount is broken. it dismounts you every time you reach a new area. flying across Icecrown, you will be dismounted like 14 times as u reach each area.
Basically, you are doing the Knights of the Ebon Blade questline. You ignore blackwatch, Vile like fire, and the bone witch. take all of the rest and get the quest "to Death's Rise with all Due Haste". you will have to complete a quest when u get there. just listen to his story. after that u will get the "Intelligence Gathering" quest and open lockboxes. I'm sure you can skip all of this if you have lickpicks. I have not tried. this weapon has a chance to upgrade to rare or epic. I have all green ones and one rare. I wanted to create a full guide, but maybe I can do that another time.
while using the Loaned Gryphon Reins, you will want to stay low to the ground and try to remember the places that dismount you. if u are survival, disengage will save u many times if used properly.
