Greedy Gessie

Does anyone know how to summon and kill this PNG at level 20? I've seen some people using its necklace, but I've been marking its spawn for about two weeks hoping the items to summon it will appear, but without results.

It’s a world quest rare event. Requires you to have Emerald Dream world quests unlocked from doing the campaign on a higher level.

Once you unlock it your 20 can then see the event when active and interact with the things necessary to summon Gessie

There are better necks to farm but if you must get this one without any kind of high level support, then I suggest you camp the spawn location in war mode off, lorewalking off, and present time and hope that a fellow 80 has the event and can trigger it for you.

You can tag Gessie and get loot, even if someone else does the summoning

It's a shame I can't unlock the World Quests at a high level, and there isn't enough population on my server to make it viable to wait for someone to come and do that World Quest...

I really wanted the item, but it seems I won't be able it...
