I'm wondering if there are any bots that farm/level/fish and are updated to 5.3. I need to use my second account to farm gold, and I'm in need of these bots. If anyone knows any that meet these requirements and are updated for 5.3, please respond.

Look here for free bots, there are a lot. CoolFsh for example is an excellent free fishing bot. There are also a lot of bots you have to pay for, but it's pretty easy to find a free version of it on the interwebz if you look a bit.
