Goblin BiS Mage Race?

I was curious if the rockets made Goblin worth choosing as a race for a mage at 20?
If not, what would be BiS race for a mage? I was thinking Belf for the silence, but then again I shouldn't really be in melee range of people too often, unless I'm trying to kill a healer and I run up to him for that purpose I suppose.
Just curious what everyones thoughts were, as I'm trying to pick and lock in classes for my generic names. :3

Well, I can tell you that goblins are wicked good fun. I'd roll with it. You can definitely put the racial to really good use with practice.

I have a level 70 Goblin rogue twink and I had a level 81 goblin priest I deleted, I know the race is fun but I can enjoy playing an undead mage because I get to nom my kills
I was just curious if the racial was worth taking Goblin for that fact alone.

I like Undead the most . They gave them a new racial that replaced water breath. steals hp from target and heals you for a small amount.. Also undead are really good vs locks, Priests. Not sure if priests got ranged fear at 20 but at higher levels they do.

The goblin jump is nice but for me i like the undead the most.

I would choose Belf so that you can silence all thoose overpowered holy paladins

Goblin is like the only thing worth going for since like no Priests use the MC talent.
