Glove Tinker for Frost Mage (not tazik)

Hey everyone! Cheesewiz here, I want to know what is better for my frost mage's gloves, the wrist rocket (1400 damage, 45 sec CD) or hyperspeed accelerator (240+ haste, 1 min CD). I haven't bought cata yet, so I have no access to the cata tinkers (tazik, synapse, etc).

Any advice would be great
