pls guys how to socket Ghost Iron Dragonling, trinket. it tells me the item is to low to acept the gems

CAVEAT - With the changes to item level with Dragonflight launch pre-patch, the Relic of the Past 1 makes it a ilvl 29 and a level 15 to equip the trinket. Also the dragonling itself is much weaker so the trinket is more of a stat stick.
F2P - If you have our Cataclysm Engineering @ 75 in order to use the SW/ORG engineering vendor to acquire the cogwheels and use to socket a Ghost Iron Dragonling if it was created using a Relic of the Past Rank 1.
VET - You can use another character to create the Ghost Iron Dragonling using the Relic of the Past Rank 1, and if that character has the Cataclysm Engineering @ 75 they can socket it and mail to your level 19.
NOTE - the Cogwheels are unique-equipped so you can only use one with the same name in any cogwheel socket item.
