Garrisons with a Level 11

Has anybody done much with your Garrison at level 11?

I was able to get a level 2 Garrison by doing some quests. Then collected a few followers. But it seems like most are locked behind you having a higher level. IE: Blook and Tommok in Gorgrond won't join up, etc.

You can't build any level 2 Garrison buildings until you are level 30 -- Blizzard making sure you can't do too much on a f2p account as usual...

Are there any more followers we can get?

you are missing

DAGG free him from 2 cages. he will be outside with a quest

FEN TOA you talk to him outside inn at stormshield

VIVIAN part of the quest line where there send you to stormshield intro quest

PALLAS you can go into LW mode, and get him thru a short grind from a quartermaster in tanaan jungle. rares related to grind are 500rep, but can be killed for more rep when they respawn

ALEX BAROV you build a lumber mill do the initai get lumber quest, take the next quest but at that point you find the fallen tree he is under https://www.wowhead.com/object=235094/fallen-tree i then undo LM and do a trading post

if vet/acct during free time, you can pick up a 2 more followers in stormshield one cost like 5000g and 5000 apex, other one has near same costs but also requires rep
 
level 2 garrsion can be done, you are missing some of the campaign requirements.

You automatically unlock level 2 blueprints at a higher level, which could be 30. But you can do it by advancing the campaign. Not everything. Like you can't get a level 3 garrison. When I looked into it I don't think you can get a level 2 tavern either, which is a shame.
 
Thanks your comments. As I did mention on my first post, I was able to get a level 2 Garrison by doing some quests. But you CANNOT get any Garrison Buildings past level 1 (IE: No Inn Level 2, No Lumber Mill Level 2, etc.) I've flown around every zone in Draenor and have done every quest I could find.

HORDE: The 14 followers you can get on a level 11 character:

  • Fen Tao: Outside the Inn at Warspear, Ashran (Just talk to him)

  • Ka'la: Follower Mission Contract

  • Vivianne: Quest starts in your Garrison, sends you to Warspear, Ashran

Shanker: (Vet Acct) Dawnseeker Rukaryx. Quarter Master for a total of 16.

You can get that rep. Lorewalking scales the enemies down. Screenshot is from about 30 secs ago:

I did, of course, run this by ChatGPT and Grok and they both insisted it was impossible solo.

I haven't done much in the way of LoreWalking. I did it one time and that was it. I did check, but all I saw was this:

I did check the "Tome of History" next to it, but all I got was this:

I also checked every tab in my journal:

But couldn't find anything there either...

So I'm guessing I need to do LoreWalking until Draenor turns up as clearly you (Vertical) are able to do it. Or there is some setting I'm missing, which is always possible when it comes to WoW these days...

You can select any of those stories (Xalatah, Lich King etc), and it will sit you down and have Cho start talking.

At that point you can leave the chair and still be in "Lorewalking" mode which will scale down most places.

In order to get to Draenor you can set your hearth there prior to LWing or get a Mage to port you to Ashran. (EDIT: You could also Garrison Hearth)

Whenever you want to leave LWing, there's a button on the right side of the screen near the quest trackers, which will then port you back to Cho.

Hope that's clear.

PERFECT ! I had no idea.

I picked one of the LoreWalking quests, then used my Garrison Hearthstone and flew to the Tanaan Jungle and am able to kill monsters and get that rep !

i have six level-10s with Alexi Barov.

all you need is a level 1 lumber mill. you do initial quest to get some lumber, then after that pick up the other quest which you do not have to do, then go look for https://www.wowhead.com/object=235094/fallen-tree for horde i have always found it in talador, for alliance it can be there or in SM

you show LOKRA on your SS which is one of three you pick from on the final frosttfire ridge campaign not on your list, which is 11, the ability to get Alec Barov with a level-1 LM for 12. when WOD TW got counted as herioc we were able to get Croman for 13, with LW option we were able to get Pallas for 14

(vet acct) during free time i had a player with alot of high gold vendor trash and apex crystals to get Dawnseeker Rukaryx. i did that on one 10 to hit 15, if i had the rep i could have gotten another follower from the Council of Exarchs (A) or Frostwolf Orcs (H) quarter master for 16, did not check into others

So I went through the 19+ waypoints at:

I found him 3 times. All he does is say thanks and give me a few copper.

I went back to my Garrison after every time I found him and he isn't anywhere near the lumber mill.

Of course after it was all done, only then did I turn off LoreWalking. I kept it on as I wanted to make it easier and I was hoping that I could get Leorajh in Spires, but he doesn't want to talk to a level 11. :(

Going back over all the waypoints again in "normal time", but haven't had any luck. Wondering if I'm hosed...

you can not do quests in LW mode that are not part of the LW. after he threw you copper, he has a quest to make him a follower. you will not see it in LW mode
 
IIRC, this was in DF but you could talk to a level 3 Garrison Innkeeper (by visiting a friend's level 3 Garrison) to acquire all your alternative quest reward Followers. Or something like that.

I have been chasing the final 2 for some time now. As all my WOD reputations are exalted on my 10 (does that even matter anymore? lol), I could get the Tanaan ones but at level 10 I cannot see Lion's Watch (quest unlocks it). Maybe with all this new LW stuff its possible. I feel like a boomer coming back to all this new phasing/level scaling tech.
