Fun, cheap level to play while waiting?

I'm currently working on getting all the BoEs for a 19 Rogue, and my plans for things I need to do while leveling and whatnot. But in the meantime, I kinda just wanna have a casual low level for dueling. What's a fun level and class to play that would work with just some cheap enchants like Fiery Weapon? Are there any particular levels that can stack dodge or crit to crazy % in classic?

The crazy secondaries were introduced with BC because of dodge rating etc. I guess the most fun you could have would be on a 1 twink with good enchants, ganking/dueling lowbie zones. Other than that, world pvp on a geared 19 rogue should be lots of fun I'd say.
