Is it possible to be able to afford a medicine pouch @ 20 with the maxed gold @ 10?

Its meant to cost 15g, but as cost lowers with rep, is it possible to get it down to 10g or more?

No, it isn't. Exalted reputation results in a 20% discount. The pouch would cost 15g at full price. You can first buy it at honored standing (10% discount, 13g 50s). At exalted, it still costs 12g.

What about those new [Lava Ruby]s, possible to grab one of these and somehow buy it? IDK if you can even do that, don't know one thing about f2p

uh, i believe the cost is 12g*.8=9.6g (at exalted that is)



the issues are farming the rep and the fact that the proc doesn't work at 20.

Can you still spirit follow and get rep? (I haven't done this since Vanilla.)

You can't buy it because you'll be missing 2g, even as Exalted.

The confusion about the price is because Wowhead and Battle.net list different prices. No, you can't get it though.
