Frost mage hiht %

What is the hit percent for mage spells? Frost/Fire/Arcane respectively? Is it still 5%? Also for Night elves, would it still be 7%?

4% for most, 6% for all spells against Blood Elves, 6% for frost against Dwarves.

The NE racial is entirely for melee damage.

Also 6% arcane spells vs gnomes. I would only consider getting the 6% cap if you are alliance since there are very few dwarves running about, and its frost spells you need to worry about.



Edit: According to http://twinkinfo.com/forums/10-19-bracket/9430-race-do-you-play-most-19-a.html about a quater of your opponents in WSG as an alliance will be Belfs, so if you do not gear or spec for the extra hit bear in mind that about a quater of your opponents will have extra miss chance to your spells.
