Found a Heavens light ilvl28 in an old twinks bag

Yeah true, I saw it on a holy paladin in the armoury too! I don’t know if I’m going to use it.. but if I do it’d probably be in a mist weaver monk! Thanks for the suggestion ay.

yes spellpower works, in both gfd and see available enchants and I believe in the rare item or two that might have it as a secondary stat
