Azure Shoulderguards - Item - World of Warcraft of power (13 AP) with heavy knothide armor kit (4 stam)
Peerless Stats on chest
As for weapons, I would personally use Haunting Blade - Item - World of Warcraft because it has more DPS than loom, it is 3.8 speed and 13 str 9 haste but Boahn's Fang - Item - World of Warcraft 13 str 9 crit is another good option for the cost of 3.7 weapon speed

Highstrider Boots - Item - World of Warcraft are also 10 str, if you dont want to go horde for the boots
Wrangler's Boots - Item - World of Warcraft of power or any leather boots of power should also be 10 AP
unfortunatly there are no 'of power' or 'of strength' mail boots
