Fire-Watcher's Oath

Some of you might already know, but Fire-Watcher's Oath is actually available for every level. The tooltip on Wowhead says it costs 100 Bloody Coins which is incorrect, it costs 100 Timeless Coins. So get a level 90 player to fly you to Timeless Isle or get teleported there by a warlock, have a 90 character kill a few elite mobs, gather up 100 Timeless Coins and head to Speaker Gulan and buy your vanity item. No rep is required, the only thing required is access to Pandaria (aka f2p's can't get it).

The effect lasts through form shifting: it won't break if you go in cat/bear/owl form or stealth, but it will cancel upon death.

You get Bloody Coins on killing blows with the Oath as well Got 100 coins on my 90 from it so far. But you're right it might require killing 90's
