Feral Druid Ferocious Bite Bug

[Pattern]

On my 19, I have now experienced a bug multiple times through 2 wsgs and a fair amount of 2s games in which my Ferocious Bite will toggle, spend the combo points, and not hit the target. Just disappear into thin air. Combat Log shows no hit, Recount and Skada show no hit as well.

The Bite Image seems to hit both myself and the target, taking the points but treating my energy as if it were never casted. It also obviously does no dmg at all.

I would post a video but my recording is shit, I would ask that anyone else experiencing this please ask blizzard to address it.

Confirmed. Experienced by multiple 19 ferals, as well as 3 100s and 2 f2p ferals.

Around 75% of Ferocious Bites will "refund" the energy, and not hit.

Yeah, i was doing some test either on my 19, i wondered if it only was on priest with the bubbles, but bite doesn't work 100% against everything :S

It does not work if you use speedpot either

This thread isn't for Feral bashing, but more so that people don't rage when they can't understand why their main ability seems to be completely broken.

Yeah I ve had the same issue. Occasionally my 5 point combo bite won't do any damage.

When ferals are able to crit 100% of a hp bar of another geared played of his level, people should understand why their main ability seems completely broken

Most of the people here aren't 'bashing druids' so much as expressing their inability to feel bad about something that seems to have fixed the stupid nature of a particular spec, however unintended that fix may be.

I would agree with you that a proper fix should happen, but at no point should feral druids go back to being as OP as they currently are. Fix the bug, nerf their damage, move Tiger's Fury/Savage Roar up to a much higher level, everyone happy.

Ok so i have also been experiencing this bug on my feral druid as well i was reading about it this morning (Feral) Ferocious Bit Multistrike Bug : wow they are experiencing problems with multistrike but i don't know why it is happening to my 19 because he has NO multistrike (char in signature). I got it to work once by putting the ability on my bar after taking the old one off but then i tried it again and it was not working. if you guys could please send bug reports in but you probably wont since most of the community hates ferals but i would gladly appreciate it.

I completely appreciate what your saying, and I did state myself a bit forcefully there. I more meant to just keep the thread on the topic of the bug, and less about the current state of feral in respective brackets.
